Good evening parents and guardians!
Another week in 4A Math means another week of diving farther and farther into Geometry! So far, the students are really enjoying the unit. It's neat to see them explore a new aspect of Mathematics.
The focus of this week is primarily on the many different types of quadrilaterals and triangles. We will focus on answering the following questions: What characteristics does each quadrilateral and triangle possess? How can we differentiate the many types? How can we represent and construct these figures on paper? It should be an interesting investigation! A test will be given on Thursday, December 6th that will assess how well the students understand these particular areas. From there, we will start an in-depth study of circles! There are great things ahead!
